I am so grateful to find a studio which teaches beginning dance to tweens and teens. My daughter resisted the rigidity of ballet classes when she was younger, but has always danced at home. Finally, at almost 13, she agreed to take classes. She left her first class beaming, told me about how great the teacher was, and how excited she was for next week’s class. I am thrilled.

Cassie, the owner and dance instructor, is friendly, knowledgeable and works well with kids of all ages and disabilities. She hires other dance instructors that follow her same level of excellence. No child ever fells like they are left out and parents are invited to watch their child's progress through a large picture window. While her studio instructs at a competitive level it also allows for children not interested in competing but rather learning the beautiful art of dance.

Cassi, the owner, is top notch. I called around and looked at websites to get info, and Apex website was accurate, concise, and helpful. Prices are very reasonable, particularly considering classes are usually small so there is a lot of 1 on 1 time. My 4 year old daughter listens well and is shy. Cassi was her first instructor, and she was so patient and kind. She has moved on to the 5 year old class, but Cassi remembers her name and talks to her every time she comes in. I would love to see more people here supporting this local business.

Dance Class Tuition & Pricing

At Apex Dance Studio, we believe in straightforward and simple pricing. Our all-inclusive packages bundle your monthly dance tuition with recital costs, so you won’t be surprised by hidden fees. This approach makes budgeting for your dancer’s season easy and predictable.

All tuition is charged monthly and covers our full dance season from August to May. This guarantees at least 31 weekly classes per year. Holiday closures are already factored into your monthly payments.

All-Inclusive Dance Class Packages

Choose the package that best fits your dancer’s needs. Classes meet weekly, and payments are made monthly.

Silver Package

1 weekly class

Please note: Dancers in this package who participate in the recital will have a mandatory $15 fee for recital tights, charged on March 15.

Includes all Gold Package benefits, plus:

Additional Fees & Policies

Enrollment Fee:
  • A one-time enrollment fee of $35 is due for new students. Additional siblings are $25 each.
Costume Fees:

Recital costume fees are charged on November 15th (or March 15th for late registrations). Dancers in multiple classes will have multiple costumes.

  • Sprouts & Minis: $85 per class
  • Juniors & Teens: $95-$115 per class
  • Petite & Jr. Company Ballet: $95 per class
  • Teen & Sr. Company Ballet: $115 per class
Additional Classes:

Want to add another class? Any classes taken beyond your package are offered at a discounted rate of $60 per month.

Payment Policy:

Full tuition is charged each month, regardless of the number of classes attended. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We welcome students to attend a make-up class for any missed lessons.

Optional Costs:

Extra recital tickets, performance videos, and recital T-shirts are available for purchase separately.

Private Dance Lessons

Accelerate your skills with personalized instruction. We offer private lessons for individuals and small groups in all dance styles.

  • 1 Dancer: $45 (30 min) or $65 (60 min)
  • 2 Dancers: $35 per dancer (30 min) or $55 per dancer (60 min)
  • 3+ Dancers: $50 per dancer (60 min)

A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations to avoid being charged for the lesson.
